1:00pm Presentation on the History of Christmas Traditions Nikki Lober, Park Ranger, Riordan Mansion State Historic Park What is mistletoe? Why is there candy in my sock? Who is this mysterious man in red? These questions and others will be answered as we delve into the history behind some of the most common Christmas traditions.
2pm Christmas Music with the Adult Handbell Choir Adult Handbell Choir from Trinity Heights United Methodist Church
3pm Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy Choir
Throughout the Day-
The Riordan homes will be decorated for Christmas in traditional fashion including antique quilts loaned by the Coconino Quilters Guild.
Tours of the Timothy Riordan family home will be offered on the hour starting at 11am. Reservations are highly recommended for the tour. Standard fee applies.
The Michael Riordan family home (the West home) will be open at no cost throughout the day.
